Abstract and Paper Submission

Please note that it is no longer possible to send in abstracts. The contributors will be notified during the first week of June 2005. It is however still possible to send in proposals to present educational material on E&T in radiological protection (courses, books, software applications, …) during the conference. The material will be on display in the poster and coffee break room, right next to the plenary room.

Papers
All contributers (oral and poster presentations) are requested to send in their papers by 1 October. Click here for the instructions for authors.

Posters
Posters can be displayed on a A0 format (120 cm by 85 cm).

Oral presentations
Oral presentations will be collected by the ETRAP2005 organisation and displayed from one central computer. The ETRAP2005 organisation does not guarantee a correct display when using personal laptops. Presenters are kindly requested to send an electronic version of their presentation to the conference secretariat prior to the conference or hand in their presentation on Wednesday morning the very latest on cd rom or memory stick.
Presentations should be in MS Power Point format.
Please contact the organisation if you want to demonstrate specific software which requires your personal computer.
