The conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, a book of abstracts, lunches, a welcome reception on Wednesday, the conference banquet on Thursday and a farewell lunch on Friday.
Young professionals have to include a copy of their ID with the registration form.

Publications

The abstracts will be published in a booklet and distributed at the beginning of the conference. The full papers will be published on this ETRAP2005 website. Unless mentioned otherwise, the authors agree with publication of their scientific contributions on this website.
The proceedings will be distributed to all participants on a CD rom, beginning 2006.

Language

The conference language is English. All submitted abstracts, full papers, posters and oral sessions will be in English. No translation is foreseen.

Accommodation

No hotel booking service is offered. Arrangements for special conference rates have been made with hotels in the city centre of Brussels : list hotels. Participants are invited to contact these hotels themselves. Please note that the reduced rates are only guaranteed if you refer to 'ETRAP2005' in your reservation, and this only until 1 September 2005.
