Sponsorship ETRAP 2027

As a sponsor you have the opportunity to gain visibility of your company or institute by

• advertise your logo in various ways;
• provide information on your company or institute through a flyer or banner;
• become the unique sponsor of a coffee/tea or lunch break;
• present your company or institute during a lunch break presentation.

Four different packages are offered, starting from 500 Euro. Would you like to combine the Bronze package with a different selection of benefits from the packages above? Bronze sponsor

• Display of your logo on the ETRAP website
• Display of your logo on presentation slides shown during at least one break per day in the conference room

Silver sponsor 

Includes all benefits of the Bronze package, plus:

• Promotion of your company or organization through your own banner and a shared exhibition table (maximum width: 1 meter) for the full 2.5-day conference period. Limited availability.
• Complimentary conference registration for one delegate.

Gold sponsor

Includes all benefits of the Silver package, plus:

• Exclusive sponsorship of one coffee break. Five sponsorship opportunities available.
• Complimentary participation in the conference dinner for one delegate.

1750 EUR

Platinum sponsor

Includes all benefits of the Gold package, plus:

• Exclusive sponsorship of one lunch break. Two sponsorship opportunities available.
• Opportunity to deliver a presentation during the sponsored lunch break, highlighting your company or organization and its contribution to education and training in radiation protection.
• Complimentary participation in the conference dinner for one delegate.
